Cindy White serves as the Program Director at Baylor University/Truett Seminary’s Faith and Sports Institute and is motivated to help young people aspire to true greatness in their sports and life.
She also is an adjunct professor at Truett Seminary and facilitates ministry in Baylor Athletics. In addition, Cindy is co-leading the effort to expand Truett's Sports Ministry Program to online and modular education for practitioners in sports.
Cindy grew up in Akron, Ohio, in a family of nine where she played volleyball, basketball, and softball competitively. She went on to earn All-American honors in volleyball and graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation with graduate studies in Exercise Physiology.
Following a year of coaching at The University of Texas, Cindy received an M.A. from Moody Bible Institute in Biblical Studies and Ministry, which prompted her to pioneer the women’s campus ministry with Athletes in Action, where she has served for 35 years.

Dave and Cindy Bintz have been full-time at L’Arcada since May 2014 with Dave serving as the Sports Director of the camp. They began serving on short-term assignments and helping in the Basketball Camps in 2009 and came back several summers before God called them to Spain! They have been challenged to expand the sports camps and broaden their exposure to more young Spanish people.

The 2022 season was Brad McCarty's 13th season (14th) year as the head coach of the Messiah men's soccer team. McCarty took over the program prior to the 2009 season but served as an assistant in the program for eight years prior to taking over the head coaching role. Before coming back to Messiah men's soccer program as an assistant in 2001, McCarty served as head men's soccer coach at Hesston College (1994-1999), head women's soccer coach at Erskine College (2000), and the Messiah men's junior varsity coach (1993).

Ted Rath originally joined the Philadelphia Eagles as the team's director of sports performance during the 2020 offseason and was promoted to vice president of player performance in 2021.
Prior to coming to Philadelphia, Rath spent three seasons (2017-19) with the Los Angeles Rams. He began his stint with the Rams as the head strength and conditioning coach before being named director of strength training and performance in 2018.
In 2017, Rath was named the Strength Coach of the Year by the Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association, an award voted on by the league's strength and conditioning coaches. According to Football Outsiders, Los Angeles finished as the healthiest team in the NFL based on adjusted games lost due to injury.
Before his stint with the Rams, Rath spent one season as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Miami Dolphins (2016) and seven seasons in the same role with the Detroit Lions (2009-15).
Rath played linebacker at the University of Toledo from 2003-06 and went on to be the assistant director of strength and conditioning at his alma mater in 2008 before entering the NFL.

John served as the Executive Director for SCORE International from February 2011 through June 2022. John now travels all over the USA speaking at churches, sporting events, camps, and conferences.
