Since February is Valentine's Day Season, Chad, Gian, and Jim changed up the format and had a good discussion about understanding relationship seasons in the coaching world!

Chad, Gian, and Jim were all sports coaches at all different levels and institutions. Now, they are joining forces to serve coaches through conversations so they can lead like Jesus.
